Analytics dashboard for a B2B SaaS product

A dense reporting screen redesigned around the three questions users actually opened it to answer.

The existing dashboard showed everything the database could produce. Interviews with eight active users turned up a much shorter list: what changed this week, which accounts are at risk, and what do I send my manager on Monday. The redesign put those three answers above the fold and moved the rest behind a explore view.

Delivery included the full component library, defined loading, empty and error states, and a clickable prototype covering the primary flows. Developer handoff came with spacing tokens and a type scale, so the build matched the file without a round of pixel corrections.
