Deliverables include dimensioned layout plans, 3D visualisations of the key views, a material and finish schedule, and an indicative budget breakdown so there are no surprises at execution.

A layout and 3D package for a typical residential space runs two to three weeks. Larger commercial projects depend on the area and the number of zones — we give you a phase-wise schedule up front.
