Forty-cover cafe — layout and 3D

Seating, service flow and lighting resolved on paper before a single wall was touched.

The site was long, narrow and had one awkward structural column exactly where the counter wanted to be. Two layout options were drawn: one that worked around the column, one that made it the centre of the bar. The second went to 3D and got built.

Deliverables were dimensioned plans, an electrical and lighting layout, photoreal 3D views of the four key sightlines, and a material schedule at two budget levels so the client could price the build honestly before committing.
